Usage Suggestions:

Vitago B12: 1 spray or 3 drops sublingual spray/drop for children 4-10 years old; For individuals aged 11 and over, it is recommended to consume 1 spray (3 drops) 3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach, by spraying/dropping under the tongue for about 45 seconds and then consuming the remaining portion.
