Once the confirmation is submitted from the merchant in Turkey, stating that the package is well received and is eligible for a refund, Turkish Souq team will lead the remaining process. The amount you have paid for your order will be charged back directly to the credit card used for purchasing. No alternative refunding methods will be applied; such as cash, cheque or other money transfers. Please allow Turkish Souq team 10 business days to complete the refunding process and charge back the amount to your credit card.
We do offer multiple merchants’ products from Turkey. However, only displayed products are available on Turkish Souq platform.
If you received a damaged item or an item with defects, you can return your package by filling out the Return Form and handing over your package and the Return Form to the General Post Office. Once the confirmation is received from the merchant in Turkey, your item will be well returned and will be eligible for refunding.

Turkish Souq does not offer insurance for deliveries. However, for the lost or damaged items, a refund is offered within 10 business days staring from the claim of the customer. ( only if applicable)
